How does our booking process unfold with Botello Beats?

It begins with a consultation to align our visions. Following your proposal approval, a signed agreement and a retainer will secure your date.

How much do you charge for travel fee?

While we are based in Metro Detroit, our passports are always ready. We provide comprehensive travel planning for all our events. With that said, travel fees are dependent on which service you have you booked. When bundling, it'll be dependent on the distance.

Can we tailor our photo booth package?

Certainly. While we provide curated service tiers, no two legacies are the same. If you'd like to add on a service from another package to a smaller package you may do so for a fee.

Do you bring your own equipment (DJ)?

Yes, when you book our services we come prepared with all sound equipment needed to successfully have an unforgettable night.

Is there a discount when you bundle more than one service?

Do you accept cash/zelle/venmo payments?

Short answer, no.

Long answer, for record keeping purposes, all our payments are made through Honeybook, where you can choose many forms of payment including card/debit, apple pay, google pay, bank transfer and more.

Wedding FAQS

What should I have prepared my meeting with Leslie for content creation?

Some suggestions would be: videos of inspiration, an idea of what vibe you'd like your wedding to have, a small list of moments that are absolutely crucial to be captured. BUT if you're not quite sure that can all be discussed as you get closer to your big day.

Do I have to come up with the design for my custom template (Photo Booth)?

ONLY if you have a very specific vision of what you want it to look like. If you have no idea of what you'd like or you don't consider yourself a creative person, WE GOT YOU! We will send you different options until you approve the template you love.

Can we give Botello Beats a playlist of songs we want?

Absolutely. This helps Jonny understand your vision on what your legacy will look like. The average amount of songs is 20 to 30 but it is up you!

Why don't the content creation packages have specific hours?

For a truly bespoke experience, we don't put a time frame on the package you are booking. If you want coverage for your reception we will make sure we get it from beginning to end. Same applies to all packages. This allows both, couple and Leslie, to not feel pressured to fit everything within a few hours and enjoy the night.

How many times do we meet?

This is depending on the service you book and package you choose. For Photo Booth, most communication is done electronically. For Content creation, usually about 2 meetings to make sure we cover all bases. With DJ services, you meet about 3-5 to get the most curated experience based on what your package includes (ceremony, cocktail, reception, ect.)

What types of corporate events do you specialize in?

We curate a wide range of premium experiences, including grand galas, immersive product launches, award ceremonies, and education seminars.

How does the booking and timeline process work?

After a brand alignment consultation, we develop a strategic proposal. After contract and retainer fee has been processed we start working on the details such as aesthetics (content), templates (photo booth), and beats (DJ) to insure everything goes according to plan.

Can we customize the branding elements of the event?

Absolutely. Every design element is tailored to reflect your corporate identity, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated visual narrative throughout the venue.

Do you travel for out-of-state corporate conferences?

While based in Metro Detroit, we travel globally. Our team manages all travel logistics to ensure your remote event maintains our high standards.

What is the typical pricing range for corporate events?

Production costs vary based on scope and guest count for DJ and photo booth services. While our content creation is based on hourly rate.

How far in advance should we book?

It is advisable to book at least 12 to 18 months in advance to guarantee your date. However, if your date is available, we are more than happy to work with any time line.
